JS Saddlery is the home of custom saddle maker and leather craftsman, James Sturgeon.   We are located at 7931 Highway 180 West, Cliff, NM.  Just 30 miles from Silver City, NM and 35 Miles from Glenwood, NM our shop hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Closed on Sunday. Custom orders are our speciality!

Every one of our custom saddles are designed and built to provide maximum comfort for both horse and rider. Our custom saddles and leather accessories include saddles, breast collars, head stalls, saddle bags, tapaderos, gun rigs, rifle scabbards, gun bags, ammo bags, belts, spur straps, reins, leather pillows and camera bags.

Our saddles and tack  are designed to use...built to last.  We use only quality, high grade leather and accoutrements. The items presented are just a sampling of the possibilities and offer suggestions for your finished product. Your combinations are endless. Items (other than saddles) are usually shipped within 2 weeks
